The vibrating discharge hopper is a product designed to prevent material bridging in storage bins, equipped with one or two vibrating motors to generate vibratory force. This force allows materials in the storage bin to be smoothly discharged through the hopper's vibration, and the vibratory force can also be adjusted to control the discharge rate of materials. When the vibrating discharge hopper is activated, it produces a rotational motion that is transmitted to the contents of the storage bin. As a result, materials smoothly pass through the hopper's outlet to the equipment connected below. The vibrating discharge hopper has a wide range of industrial applications and can be equipped with an air deck fluidization device. It is also suitable for use under negative pressure conditions and in Zone 22 explosion-proof areas.
